NEW EMI SHIELDING FILM FOR LCD- IRREGULAR METAL MESH FILM
MIANYANG PROCHEMA starts marketing YD-160V1 optical EMI Shielding Film with irregular mesh. This film is with a conductive layer less than 0.5 ohm/sq deposited on PET film substrate, special aiming on LCD EMI shielding market with average 40dB anti electromagnet interruption.
Currently most of metal mesh EMI shielding film is with square mesh, this needs to adjust angle on LCD display to prevent moire wave before lamination, this cause high failure rate risk and slow down the job speed.
Prochema YD-160V1 is a film no need to adjust angle on LCD,just simply apply to the display without considering its direction. Thus to help clients fast job completion.
The irregular metal mesh EMI film is supplied in sheet form 470*600mm at present, OCA coating is optional.
YD-160V1 has very good dB shielding property, below is the test points record:
